Pulsar Plus Telephone Call Recorder with Software


The CTI Pulsar Plus records telephone and room conversations to the hard disk of a PC. It can connect either to the telephone handset cord or to the telephone line socket. The system itself is both simple to set up and easy to use - anyone with a telephone and PC on a desk can use it straight away.

Requires a spare USB or COM Port socket (comes with connections for both), a sound card and free hard disk space, the PC and the software must be running to ensure correct operation of the system. The software will minimise to the system tray for discreet recording.

All telephone conversations can be recorded automatically or manually. You can connect to any telephone with a handset. for cordless telephones, a line connection will be required. Each conversation is tagged with a name, date/time and duration. Up to 250 hours of speech can be recorded to 1 Gigabyte of hard disk space. (Depending on the CODEC chosen). Automatic Level Control (ALC) for good quality recordings. Built-in microphone for recording meetings. User can assign their own file name if required. Powered via either USB or COM Port and recording via the soundcard. Compatible with Windows 98SE, ME, 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7 (32 bit operating systems only). Supplied with all leads (inc USB to serial adaptor), software CD-ROM and manual. *Please note that the CTI Pulsar Plus is NOT suitable for use with a MAC or 64 bit operating systems*
